This is it! You've made or are about to make your final decision. Even if you've decided to stay on the wait-list at a school that's higher up on your list, you'll still need to say "yes" to somewhere just to be on the safe side. you decide, don't delay. Be sure to follow all the instructions included in the acceptance letter and meet all the stated deadlines. If you're unclear on anything, talk to someone at the school.
